Wyse London seeks a smart, dynamic temporary Customer Service Advisor to assist with all aspects of customer service on a temporary, part-time basis.

The position will require full-week support on the week commencing October 26th, 2026

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Support our customer service team and coordinate across departments
• Support with all aspects of Wyse London customer service.
• Responding to calls, emails, live chat and social media messages.
• Being part of the team and developing excellent communication with all departments, including warehouse/ fulfilment centre.
• Completing administrative duties as required.
• Processing returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Communicating with warehouse queries and postage/courier issues.

What Wyse London is looking for:

• At least 1 year's customer service experience.
• Customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate, including Excel.
• Collaborative, with strong interpersonal & team skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, occasionally to tight timelines and approach work with dynamism and initiative.
• Resilient and adaptable.
