About: We are a young ladies wear manufacturer based in east london working on both softs and tailoring

Volume Clothing, a fast-paced fashion supplier, has an exciting opportunity for a versatile, passionate Designer/Senior Designer to join its team on-site in East London.

Working closely with the design and sales teams throughout the development process, from concept to sample, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing commercial, fashion-forward, production-friendly garments, including trend-led development and customer requests.

This role is ideal for someone with a broad design interest and who is eager to contribute to a variety of product categories, including Soft Wovens/tailoring and Smart Jersey. Y

What Volume Clothing is looking for:

  • CAD skills
  • Experience working across women's soft wovens/tailoring and smart jersey
  • Fabric knowledge
  • Good knowledge of garment construction and product development
  • Trim and fabric sourcing experience
  • Trend research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Supplier background is a plus.
