Sans Martins is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, exciting freelance Stylist to work across campaigns, shoots, and broader creative projects.

The successful applicant will work closely with the creative team to understand our brand vision, creative direction, brand pillars, campaign concepts and lookbooks, and bring these to life through styling.

Sans Martin is looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture while also having a strong eye for detail — from building complete looks and selecting complementary pieces to creating the right proportions, textures, colours, and overall visual language for each shoot.

This is a highly collaborative role for a Stylist who genuinely understands fashion, styling and visual storytelling, and who can take a creative brief and translate it into compelling, elevated imagery that feels unmistakably Sans Matin.

What the Stylist will be working on:

• Styling models for campaign, editorial, lifestyle and product shoots
• Interpreting creative briefs, moodboards, lookbooks and wider creative direction
• Creating styling moodboards & concepts
• Building looks that feel aligned with Sans Matin’s brand identity and visual world
• Sourcing clothing, accessories and other styling pieces where required
• Working collaboratively with the creative, photography and production teams on set
• Making confident styling decisions while remaining responsive to the creative direction
• Creating cohesive looks across multiple outfits, models and campaign concepts
• Helping develop and evolve the Sans Matin visual language through styling
• Bringing your own creative perspective, cultural awareness and fashion knowledge to the brand

Where the Stylist's role can go…

Sans Martin is looking for someone to build a long-term creative relationship with.  The first project will be an opportunity to work together and see how the collaboration works.  If the shoot is successful and the creative relationship feels right, Sans Martin will be looking to develop the role into several shoots/campaigns per year.  A Stylist is sought who can become an integral part of the Sans Martin creative world — someone who understands the brand deeply and can consistently help us push the visual direction forward.

• Organised and reliable — ability to prepare thoroughly ahead of shoots and manage styling requirements efficiently

• Excited by Sans Matin — an understanding of the brand's aesthetic, the products and the world Sans Martin is building around the brand
