Poubel is looking for a Wholesale Executive to join the team in London.

The Wholesale Executive will manage and grow relationships with Poubel's existing wholesale partners, ensuring timely communication on collections, orders, deliveries and in-store presentation.

This will include owning the full sales cycle from seasonal range presentations and order processing to sell-through monitoring and visual merchandising execution, and working closely with Operations, Product Development and our fulfilment partner to keep every account stocked, well-presented and commercially on track.

Responsibilities of the Wholesale Executive

Sales & Account Management:

• Manage an existing portfolio of wholesale accounts while proactively identifying and pitching to new prospects.
• Organise and lead seasonal range presentations and buyer appointments, preparing line sheets and order paperwork.
• Monitor sell-through by account and SKU, flagging gaps against opening stock and recommending reorders
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for retail partners, handling queries, escalations and relationship issues professionally and promptly.
• Identify and report on marketing, event or collaboration opportunities arising from partner conversations.
• Ensure partners adhere to Poubel's brand, pricing and RRP guidelines, and provide product knowledge training to store teams.

Order & Operational Administration:

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle processing, confirming and tracking wholesale orders accurately in Poubel's order system.
• Coordinate with Operations and our fulfilment partner, Airbox (UK and NL warehouses), to ensure timely dispatch and resolve shipping or returns issues.
• Support seasonal critical path planning, ensuring deliveries, payments and VM installs land within agreed windows.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Maintain sell-in / sell-through trackers by account and SKU, and prepare weekly and seasonal summary reports.
• Contribute wholesale performance data into Poubel's broader stock and sales reporting cadence.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on range, colour and category mix by account based on historical performance and VM effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product Development, Design and Creative to align wholesale ranges and VM concepts with the wider brand vision.
• Partner with Operations on inventory allocation, warehouse routing (Airbox UK/NL) and shipping logistics.
• Feed retailer and shopper insight back into seasonal buying, range planning and product development discussions.

Visual Merchandising:

• Collaborate with store and retailer VM teams to plan display layouts, negotiating prime positioning, space and density allocation.
• Develop and maintain a Poubel VM guidelines document (charm/bracelet layout, colour blocking, hero-product placement, signage) and audit compliance in-store.
• Plan seasonal window and display concepts aligned to product drops and campaign calendars.
• Conduct store visits to check display standards, stock presentation, pricing accuracy and barcode/tagging issues, resolving problems directly with floor teams.
• Coordinate sample and prop allocation for photography, launches and pop-ups, keeping the showroom/sample library organised between campaigns.

What Poubel is looking for:

• At least 1 year's experience in a wholesale, account management or retail merchandising environment,
• Hands-on visual merchandising experience, comfortable planning layouts, executing shop fits and briefing store teams.
• Highly organised, process-driven and confident managing multiple accounts and deadlines at once.
• Confident, professional communicator comfortable presenting to buyers and speaking with store floor teams.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking sell-in, sell-through and stock data.
• Willing to travel for store visits across London and overseas.
• Commercially aware, with a good eye for product presentation, pricing and customer positioning.
• Wholesale, account management or retail merchandising experience within fashion, accessories or lifestyle is a plus.
