Daisy London is looking for a hands-on Social & Content Manager to join the team in Farringdon.
The successful applicant will lead organic social channels, turning campaigns, launches and everyday stories into on-brand content made for each platform.
Joining our fast-paced Marketing team, the Social & Content Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Daisy's Creative Director and wider creative team, planning, creating and using the numbers to shape what comes next and how we show up across socials.
Responsibilities of the Social & Content Manager
Social Planning:
Lead Daisy’s organic social plan across all platforms in line with the wider marketing strategy.
Own the content calendar, from planning through to publishing, scheduling and optimising.
Build monthly and campaign content plans around launches, collaborations, retail moments and product stories.
Bring the social point of view into shoot and campaign planning.
Stay across platform updates, new features, formats and wider industry changes and trends.
Content Creation:
Create engaging content native to each platform
Shoot, edit and build posts for reactive, trend-led and quick-turnaround moments.
Direct and capture content on set and events true to the wider creative vision.
Be comfortable in front of the camera when the content calls for it.
Brand & Community:
Guard our tone of voice and visual identity across every post, caption and comment.
Manage comments and DMs, keeping the community engaged day to day.
Source and pitch brand partners for regular competitions that grow our audience.
Work with the Talent & Community Lead to ensure gifting moments and events become content, and creator content complements our own channels.
Work with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital to amplify launches, partnerships and key brand moments across other channels.
Team Management:
Manage and develop the Design & Social Assistant across social content and design tasks, alongside the Creative Lead.
Set clear briefs and priorities for day-to-day content, and hold quality and brand standards.
Reporting:
Track reach, engagement, community growth, and contribution to traffic and revenue.
Turn data into clear recommendations for future content, formats and tests.
Agree channel KPIs and benchmarks with the Head of Marketing, presenting performance to wider teams and business directors weekly and monthly.
What Daisy London is looking for:
At least 4 years' experience in social media or content.
Working knowledge of every major social platform and how the algorithms reward content.
An instinct for content made for social.
Hands-on shooting, editing and design skills, with confidence in tools such as CapCut and Premiere Pro.
Confidence with analytics, and the ability to turn numbers into a clear story.
Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.
Organised, proactive and collaborative, with a good eye and care for the details.
A natural problem-solver who always finds a way to make things work.
A joined-up view of content, from shoot and edit to every channel it ends up on.
Social media or content experience within jewellery, fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brands is a plus.
