Salt Murphy is looking for an organised, proactive, detail-oriented Operations Admin Intern to support the operations manager in Paris.  This includes support across operations, customer experience, logistics, and the day-to-day running of the business.

The role of Operations Admin Intern:

  • Assisting with day-to-day order fulfilment, from processing to dispatch
  • Assisting with inventory management, stock counts and stock updates
  • Supporting shipping & logistics, including tracking and resolving delivery issues
  • Assisting with showroom merchandising and preparing the space for private viewings
  • Supporting the team with reporting, organisation and day-to-day projects
  • Contributing to new projects and helping improve our operational processes
  • Supporting our customer service team with enquiries, orders and customer experience
