Urbiana is a jewellery brand with a Brick Lane shop and an online store.  We've built a loyal following over 15 years, and we're now growing into a digital-first, omnichannel brand.  That's where the Social Media Content Creator comes in.

What the Social Media Content Creator will do:

• Plan and create content for our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
• Bring our jewellery to life on marketplaces including Etsy, Depop
• Help shape email newsletters and website campaigns
• Create moodboards and trendboards for new product launches
• Support customer service by answering product and delivery questions
• Keep inventory up to date across our online stockists and help with day-to-day admin
