Flow Model Management is looking for an experienced Model Booker to join the agency in Victoria, London.

The successful applicant will manage model bookings across runway, editorial, and international work while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key industry clients.

The role offers flexible hours with the option to work from home once a week.

Key Responsibilities of the Model Booker:

• Manage day-to-day bookings, castings, and client communications
• Negotiate rates, usage, and contractual terms
• Develop models’ careers within the fashion market
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and logistics
• Support business development and client growth

What Flow Model Management is looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically as a Booker at a modelling agency.
• Strong industry connections with clients, brands, casting directors and fashion professionals.
• Proven experience in model bookings, client management, negotiations and developing talent.
• An established network within the fashion and modelling industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional and reliable
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
