Sassi Holford requires a Sales Consultant for her London flagship store in Chelsea to work in both the Bridal and Womenswear Departments. This is a full-time position and includes most Saturdays and some weekday evenings.

Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:

• Maintaining a luxury shopfloor environment at all times
• Leading your appointments with our international clientele, who expect an extremely high level of service
• Working with the Store Manager on customer feedback and design direction
• Liaising directly with the technical team in our Somerset atelier where all of our garments are handcrafted
• Contributing to the creative environment both online and in-store in accordance with brand guidelines
• Undertaking administrative duties

What Sassi Holford is looking for…

Required:

• A minimum of two years' experience in luxury womenswear or bridal sales
• Excellent luxury sales skills
• A high level of personal presentation and style
• Exceptional communicator
• Sound computer literacy

Beneficial:

• Knowledge of garment construction and fitting would be an advantage
