As a Market Support Assistant, you will support the Market Support Team and help oversee the stock allocation and distribution to our customers.

This role is part-time and temporary, 3 days per week. There will be some flexibliity to work from home, as part of our Hybrid Working Policy.

Duties & Responsibilities

Market Support

  • Supporting team members on a day-to-day basis, including order entry, Stock checks, Transfers
  • Produce reports both on a regular basis and ad hoc as requested
  • General administration and answering general email enquiries
  • Producing necessary paperwork to ensure internal and external customers are kept fully up to date
  • Develop a good knowledge of the product collection

  • Liaising with senior members of the team, ensuring information is kept consistently up to date
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested

Requirements:

  • A passion to provide excellent Customer Service
  • Advanced computer skills - particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Capability to keep calm under pressure, retaining a friendly and professional manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent Administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks
