Dinny Hall is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Concession Manager to lead the concession at Liberty London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to own the concession’s performance, build a strong client base, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading from the front and making a real commercial impact.
Responsibilities of the Concession Manager:
Driving sales and achieving commercial targets and KPIs.
Leading, motivating and developing the sales team.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term client relationships.
Developing and managing your own client book through proactive clienteling.
Ensuring excellent product and brand knowledge across the team.
Managing recruitment, training, rotas, performance and appraisals.
Maintaining high standards of visual presentation, housekeeping and stock management.
Monitoring sales, customer and market trends and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Building strong relationships with Liberty Senior Management and representing Dinny Hall professionally.
Ensuring all company and Liberty policies and procedures are followed.
