Misan is looking for an enthusiastic, bright and loyal individual with an interest in fashion and textiles to work as a Fabric Sales Consultant.  The job is fast-paced, creative and collaborative. Your role will involve serving our diverse customer base, generating sales, completing general administration duties and ensuring the smooth daily running of the store.

This is a customer-based role so outstanding interpersonal skills will be required.  The successful candidate will be highly motivated, goal orientated and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising technical specifications of textiles and product development.
• Developing strong relationships with customers and people in the fashion industry.
• Visual merchandising and tidying displays.
• Tracking and monitoring stock levels.
• Answering email enquiries and updating social media.

Profile:

• Retail experience
• Fashion or Textiles related degree
• At least 1 year of experience working within the fashion industry
• Strong fabric and product development knowledge
• Flexible schedule
• Friendly, cooperative and approachable manner
