Now, we’re on the lookout for a Bespoke Sales Manager to lead our talented retail team, inspire growth, and manage the heartbeat of our Brighton store.

This isn’t just a management role; it’s about creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind our bespoke sales team, ensuring every client interaction is exceptional while overseeing the seamless day-to-day running of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Immerse clients in the world of bespoke tailoring, guiding them through fabrics, fits, and finishes with confidence and flair.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead by example, motivating the team to hit targets while maintaining our high service standards.
  • Shop Operations: Take ownership of the daily running of the store, ensuring an inviting, stylish, and efficient environment.
  • Team Development: Inspire, train, and support your team, creating a positive and driven atmosphere.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and keep our bespoke calendar buzzing.
  • Reporting & Administration: Produce monthly reports, track sales performance, and ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
