Caroline Randell, an award-winning boutique specialising in selling and fitting luxury lingerie, nightwear and swimwear and based in Wimbledon, London, is excited to announce a wonderful opportunity for a confident, can-do Lingerie Stylist to join our independent lingerie boutique and e-commerce business. 

Working alongside a team of highly trained lingerie experts who strive for excellence and to exceed store targets and KPIs, the Lingerie Stylist will be involved in many aspects of running a small business, including deliveries, online order fulfilment, eCommerce work, social media, buying, merchandising, and window display.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year's experience in retail.
• Love working one-to-one with customers to build strong sales and customer service 
• Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and customer care with an awareness of KPIs and an enthusiasm to reach personal targets and business goals.
• Comfortable and confident selling one-to-one with customers in an intimate fitting room environment.
• A people person, with energy and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
