As a Live Streamer / Personal Shopper, you will host daily live shopping events across multiple live-commerce platforms, showcasing a curated selection of products in real time. This is a highly visible, on-camera role where personality, sales ability, and adaptability are key to success.

The Live Streamer / Personal Shopper will present live from our retail locations, highlighting a rotating selection of pre-loved luxury items and other goods.  Through engaging storytelling and product demonstrations, you will connect directly with customers during live shows, answer questions in real time, and support the purchasing process in collaboration with our fulfilment and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Live Streamer / Personal Shopper:

• Host daily live shopping events across multiple platforms, showcasing a variety of products and brands.
• Create engaging, high-energy on-camera content for live commerce and additional social media channels.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer community through consistent engagement and exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, including events hosted, products featured, and revenue generated.
• Respond to customer enquiries before, during, and after live shows via in-app messaging.
• Develop strong customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and long-term engagement.
• Curate and present products strategically to maximise audience interest and sales conversion.
• Maintain quality, performance, and brand standards set by management.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the live shopping experience.
