Bagistga seeks a Luxury Sales Associate to join our boutique team in Knightsbridge, London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail who is passionate about designer handbags and enjoys building lasting relationships with discerning clientele.

The successful candidate will play an important role in both the buying and selling of luxury handbags, ensuring each client interaction reflects the high standards and reputation of the Bagista brand.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Open and close the boutique daily, ensuring the store is maintained to the highest luxury retail standards
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, both in-store and through ongoing client communication
• Assist clients with the purchase of luxury handbags, providing expert product knowledge and styling guidance
• Conduct buying appointments, accurately reviewing handbags for buyout or consignment opportunities
• Carefully assess and record all details of each item, including condition, accessories and specifications, recognising that every piece is unique
• Maintain regular contact with clients and cultivate long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
• Work towards individual and store revenue KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the boutique
• Maintain the visual standards and presentation of the boutique in line with the Bagista aesthetic and brand identity
• Assist with inventory management, stock organisation and merchandising
• Represent the Bagista brand with professionalism, confidence and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge or interest in designer handbags and luxury brands
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail, particularly when assessing and purchasing luxury items

• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work towards revenue targets and KPIs
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to manage store opening and closing responsibilities
