Astley Clarke is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to work in our Flagship store in Covent Garden, Central London.  Astley Clarke is a British jewellery brand known for its vibrant use of coloured gemstones, iconic lockets, and modern heirlooms. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate

Customer Experience:

• Deliver excellent customer experience in-store that drives sales and represents the Astley Clarke brand
• Have deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Collaborate with the Head Office team by sharing customer feedback and insightful suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.

Store Management:

• Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
• Assist in daily store operations and inventory management
• Collect and manage customer data for our database

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend availability
