Rove London is looking for a Sales Associate to support the team in Notting Hill, London

This is a part-time role, Fri & Sat 11 am – 6 pm and Sunday 11 am – 4 pm, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

What the Sales Associate will do:

• Welcome customers and offer styling advice and product recommendations
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges, and handle the till
• Maintain and update visual displays
• Help with stock replenishment and managing inventory levels (unboxing new arrivals, steaming, tagging)
• Pack online orders and in-store pickups
• Assist with general shop upkeep
• Provide weekly updates and feedback to store owners and respond to customer service emails
• Assist store owners with miscellaneous tasks (planning events, social media, providing input on future buys)
