Come and join us at Rites and build the circular future of fashion.  As a Sales Associate for RItes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.  This is an on-site role, based at our Store in London Fields.

Requirements:

• Experienced in driving retail sales
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn about and explain designer fashion brands and rental services
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer skills for using point-of-sale systems and other software programs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, takes initiative, goal-oriented, reliable, and honest.

Beneficial:

• Experience in fashion resale or rental is a plus
• Experience with visual merchandising and store display is also a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging content for the Rites social media channels.
