As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the store — supporting customers throughout their journey, maintaining high visual standards, and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.
- Provide outstanding, personalised customer service and product advice
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending products
- Maintain excellent store presentation, including merchandising and stock organisation
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory checks
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Support in-store events, trunk shows, and special shopping evenings
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- At least 1 year's experience working in a sales or customer service role for a fashion or jewellery retailer or similar business
- Available on Saturdays and/or Sundays
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills
- A genuine interest in people and delivering great customer experiences
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings for events and trunk shows
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive team player who takes initiative
