Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months.   

We're looking for a Sales Associate who genuinely loves footwear, understands what great service feels like, and wants to be part of something that's still taking shape to join our new Neal Street store in Covent Garden.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Deliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customer
• Keep the shop floor looking the way it should
• Achieve individual sales and service targets
• Develop expert product knowledge across the collection
• Share customer feedback and commercial insights with management

What Nokwol is looking for:

• Experience working in retail or a customer-facing role.
• Confident, friendly, chatty and enthusiastic personality
• You don't need a script to start a conversation.
• Passionate about sneakers, shoes, and great customer experience
• Available to work weekends and key busy periods, e.g. holidays and launches
• Punctual, dependable, and able to keep up with a fast retail pace
• Premium or fashion footwear experience is a bonus, but an interest is a must.
