NN.07 is looking for an experienced part-time Sales Associate to join the team in Covent Garden, London.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information to customers, including but not limited to style, fit, fabric, etc.
  • Utilise retail math skills to process transactions accurately
  • Assist with maintaining stockroom/BOH organisation
  • Ensure that the sales floor is up to visual merchandising standards at all times
  • Collaborate with the sales team and store leadership to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

What NN.07 is looking for:

  • Experience in retail
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships
  • Available to work when we are busy, including nights, weekends, holidays, and various special events
  • Retail experience in premium or fashion brands is beneficial
