The Box is recruiting for a professional, proactive Sales Associate with retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment to join our team in Hackney, London.

As we work with a new brand every week, we have a very quick turnaround of the stock. Therefore, our days and duties will vary according to what is needed for the business on those particular days. 

At the beginning of the week, we have our set-up days, which run from Mon-Wed/Thursday.  On these days, we prioritise packing up and sending the previous week's stock back to the brand, and then receiving the new delivery and setting up the space for the sales that week.

Our sales days are from Thur/Friday to Sunday. The duties will vary from the cloakroom, fitting room, shop floor, tills and stockroom.  The main goal for these days is to make the sale as successful as possible by giving great customer service, being proactive with replenishment and maintaining shop floor standards throughout the day. 

The role is very flexible, especially if you work as a freelancer.
