As we enter our busiest season, Machine-A is looking for a motivated, confident, client-focused, driven luxury sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for fashion, and a background in clienteling to join our London flagship team on a 3-month contract.

With a passion for building lasting client relationships and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, the Sales Associate will be an influential voice, playing a key role in producing an exceptional client experience while driving strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Achieve individual and team objectives, including sales targets and store tasks, being accountable towards results.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised service aligned with MACHINE-A’s standards, becoming a knowledgeable brand ambassador for our products and services.
• Collaborative team member, participating in team activities and events.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a high-value client book, including international and VICs - Specialising in in-store and virtual appointments.
• An expert in client engagement, providing styling advice, staying informed about the latest fashion trends, and having in-depth brand and product knowledge.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support efficient stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation, maintaining a clear understanding of stockroom layout.
• Organisational skills in effective time management.
• Ability to deliver commercial feedback.
• Collaborative team member, participating in team activities and events.
• Adapt across all social media platforms.

What Machine-A is looking for:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
• Deep understanding of MACHINE-A’s clientele and brand DNA.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, organised, and able to perform under pressure.
• Ready-to-wear or avant-garde fashion retail experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar POS systems is a plus
• A strong existing client book is a plus
