Paul Smith is looking for a part-time Sales Consultant, contracted for four flexible days per week, to join our Tailoring Department at our Floral Street shop in the heart of Covent Garden.

Paul opened the shop in 1979, our first shop to open in London - making it a special and iconic part of our brand heritage.  As a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through confident storytelling, genuine connection, and a playful spirit.  The Sales Consultant will bring energy to the shop floor, build lasting client relationships, and embody our Brand Values every day.

What the Sales Consultant will be doing:

  • Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
  • Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
  • Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
  • Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
  • Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
