Following the launch of the new Autumn/Winter collection, de Savary London, an independent British womenswear brand known for statement leather, suede and outerwear, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Store Manager who genuinely loves selling, styling and building relationships with customers to lead and take day-to-day ownership of the new Chelsea store.

This is not a passive retail role –the Store Manager will be joining a small, ambitious team at an exciting point in the brand's growth, taking responsibility for running the store Monday–Friday, delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and store KPIs, maintaining visual standards, managing stock and working closely with our wider team.

A major part of the role will be clienteling — remembering customers, following up after appointments, contacting clients when pieces arrive in their size, building our Chelsea customer database and creating the kind of personal service that makes customers want to return.

Alongside the hourly rate, the successful applicant will receive a weekly performance bonus linked to store sales, giving you the opportunity to earn more when the store performs strongly.

Days: Monday–Friday & flexibility to cover some weekend days

What de Savary London is looking for:

• Premium or luxury fashion retail experience
• Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor experience
• A proven ability to sell and work towards commercial targets
• Confident styling and advising customers
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Warm, polished and naturally engaging
• Highly organised and comfortable taking ownership
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with a founder and wider team remotely
• Experience with Shopify/POS is a plus.
