Urbiana is looking for a hardworking, very well-presented Store Supervisor willing to take on responsibility to join the team in Brick Lane.

The Store Supervisor will be involved in visual merchandising, customer service and driving sales for the store.  This includes, but is not limited to, supporting store management, driving sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and researching fashion trends within the industry.

Responsibilities of the Store Supervisor:

  • Inventory management, stock intake and replenishment
  • Dressing shop windows
  • Customer service, including order fulfilment, handling customer enquiries and giving styling advice

  • A strong seller with a proven background in sales
