The effortless try-before-you-buy shopping service improves customer satisfaction whilst maximising customer lifetime value and minimising the impact of returns.

Harper is seeking personable, hardworking and dynamic luxury sales professionals to join our tight-knit and growing team. As a part time Style Concierge, you will be supplementing our full time workforce in peak hours which are mornings, evenings and weekends. Weekday morning and evening shifts will be 4 hours long and will consist of 2-3 customer appointments. Weekend shifts will be up to 8 hours long. You will be serving customers in SW and W postcodes and traveling to customers in your own vechile.

This is the perfect role for new those looking to get back into work (new mums) or for those looking to begin their career in customer care and styling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out customer appointments and offering a consistent 5-star service
  • Providing expert advice and pinning alterations when required
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining our high standards
  • Communicating product and customer feedback to the management team
  • Attending training sessions to develop skills and maintain up to date product knowledge
  • Capturing relevant customer insights and product feedback

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role within luxury retail
  • Confident and warm personality with the ability to quickly establish genuine relationships
  • Dynamic approach with the ability to think on your feet and independently solve problems when they arise
  • Immaculate personal presentation skills and the willingness to act as a brand ambassador
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry with an appreciation for both womenswear and menswear
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambitious self-starter with the drive to hit targets and achieve goals
  • Must own a presentable smartphone for processing appointments
