We are looking for a Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of the store.  This role is very much independently led and requires a self-starter who wants to take ownership of the role and contribute towards the overall strategy of the shop.  There is a clear progression path to Assistant Manager if desired. 

We need someone who can commit to a minimum of 4 days a week, including Sunday & Monday.  As a team of creatives, we support a side hustle and can be flexible on remaining days but we require you to be punctual and reliable. 

Suitable applicants will be team players - we are a small team of driven and creative people.  We are all passionate about the shop and the creative opportunities that it can provide.  Although we take our work seriously we like to maintain a fun and happy atmosphere.

Having an interest and eye for visual merchandising is desirable, as is a knowledge of trends and forecasting. Sales experience is a must, although we don’t take a hard sales approach, we like to encourage sales through building rapport with our customers. 

As Supervisor, you will:

• Open and close store
• Complete daily tasks, including cleaning and stock refreshment
• Create a positive environment during shifts
• Feedback to the manager with daily/weekly updates on stock
• Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat custom

Requirements:

• 1 year's minimum fashion retail experience
• Sales experience in a customer-facing role
• Cash handling & cashing up knowledge
